Ragyiel, the Fallen Citadel of Clouds

a vision of Ragyiel in its splendour:

Once, the City of Ragyiel was a populace center and a military fortress built by the Tielfing in a single night using an army of infernal masons to counter the might of Khepathia, the Eladrin City of Old. Now, so many thousands of years later, the place is a hallow shell home to semi-feral beasts who try to assimilate as a culture yet can not. The Gnolls of Gergehn, the Harpies of Sael Omier and the Hobgoblins of Mixtarateign all now call the ruins of Ragyiel home.

Three members of the eight member Council of Eagles meet the Company of the Sherriff of Gavin Wel Valley at Niskantel. These aristocrats, here pictured are Gavin Joel, Gavin Martha and Gavin Deacon broker a deal with the Sherriff to end the war in the north and incorporate the Valley of Gavin Wel as its own entity and an independent power, to be taxed less although the COE will retain the rights to the Shadow Road.

Commanders of the Khelem Jahar

Of all the enemies, of all the prisoners, of all the deaths, the Unholy and Ancient Sword known as Rendgrey is perhaps the most worthy, terrible and noteworthy transfer of powers retrieved and told from the battle of Hammerguard. A sentient and awesomly evil weapon, the blade exists to bend will and draw blood. The Sword was taken by the Crone-waif Avari and put into here tiny box to the unbenownst perceptions of her male friends. When Rendgrey finally betrayed Faedless, the Khelem Jahar fell and power shifted in the Civil War to the end.

The Supreme Lord of the Khelem Jahar is Faedless of Gildensong. Once a prince of Men, Faedless was taken by the Spider Queen and Tempted by the Sword Rendgray to rule the evil peoples under the Earth. At the End of the Battle of Hammerguard his life was spared and he was thrown in a prison tower to await the judgement of the Sherriff.

The Five Lords of the Khelem Jahar were destroyed by the Forces of Hammerguard lead by the Tooth and Claw of Bahamut: Tim Tigeon, the Sherriff of Gavin Wel Valley; Zarconus Besallyn, the Wielder of the Stickarein Blade; Avari, the Crone Waif of the Raelfaen, and somebody called Walder the Shadow.
Most Tragic of the five commanders of the Khelem Jahar is the Elder Mother, hers’ is a long and sorrowful tale. A fallen Eladrin who had taken on early, blighted divinities to her breast. Perhaps the first Blight Mistress, the Elder Mother’s true name is lost in time. The Crone Waife, Avari believes that the unraveling of her own mystery is linked to the tale of the Elder Mother.

Isalamox is a an elder statesman of the Sorado underdark city of Kiasen Rel.

Aevarni the Black is a Eladrin who has fallen from the grace of the Eldar, as it were. She is many hundreds of years old and seethes with notions of vengeance for the fall of Khepathia.

EvenGaeKai, Pit Zombie Lord, Lord of the Worm.

Tel Omad, Feudal lord of the Council of Eagles. An Oni Duke who played the fence. With deft Technologies and deals with ancient clans of thieves and infernal races, Tel Omad held crown over the middle Valley for nearly a century. He eluded capture or death by the Sherriff of Gavin Wel Valley until the Battle at Hammerguard.

Goll, Goblin Lord Shaman of the Elder Lizard. A Dragon Savant.

The Khelem Jahar

With a screaming skull the width of the horizon, the furious wave of the Khelem Jahar broke upon the walls of the remade Hammerguard late in the night of the second Harvest Moon of 1103. From under the Fortress and from a broad meadow before the reopened ShadowRoad infront of the Keep. With Earthbound, Magebreed shadowsteeds that could move through earth as air, a cavalry force of over one thousand drow swallowed Hammerguard in a cloak of Violence. The winner this night may decide the outcome of the war.

Prior to the War with the Khelem Jahar, only the lower portion of the Shadow Road was open. The Human and half-elven guards of the lower shadow road march with the Sherriff of Dream Water to Old Fang to fight at his side, as his archery front. They number three dozen.

Dark Cloak Druids

Marow, the leader of the Dark Cloak Druids said that if Tim was able to secure the blessing of Mara, he would pledge 200 infantry to the coming war with the Dark elves of Khelem Jahar at Old Fang. Tim was successful and Marow marched north with the Sherriff from Maiah with his brigade of Sword wielding orcish druids.

Tim was named “KELLOG AGT NUT” a trusted name that they tease the human ranger with.

After the reconciliation of Thianna, Tim Tigeon returned to his home town of Maiah where he was invited to get the blessing of the wood, a spirit from the old time of Khepathia, translated today as Dream Water, from the Black Pana. Pana is an ancient Tiefling who blessed Tim with the Red Badge of the wood and a quiver of poison arrows against the coming war at Old Fang.

Following their success at Farrow, the Party of the Sherriff travels to Thianna and destroys the Sawback Manticore as it had become a curtain of madness for a creature of chaos. The party returned the horded treasure stolen from the people of Thianna to Ghalvinberg and were able to reconcile many of the sorrowful souls since the Massacre at the Four Farms.
