Silverymoon 001; The Witchlight Weather

With the coming of the Elandreth to Silverymoon, so too do two rumored archfay; One, Oberon, lord of beasts who with Methrammar take council in the High Palace. The other of mysterious origin and source. Many believe it is Elan who is the second Archfay and because of it, the Song of the Lossendrim, the Lay of Eldaliemist, becomes extremely popular. The witchlight is what the people of Silverymoon are calling the strange weather, erratic, unpredictable and often violent that has beset the city since the coming of the mysterious archfay.
Skylla of the Velundrulath… The Velundrulath are a radical group that seeks to purify Silverymoon by ridding it of all non-elves, who they call the Modoru (or the people of clay).
The first combat that Elan and Baer face together involves saving a fisherman from a wayward Sea Lion on the River Rauvin who gets caught in the salmon nets. Wearing a borrowed vest of warmth, Baer leaps into the freezing water and saves the fisherman as Elan chases the sealion away.
The Campaign is loosely based on the plot of THE WILD BEYOND THE WITCHLIGHT, placing the campaign in the Forgotten Realms city of Silverymoon, reimagined in the context of Urunon as a border-fay city with many planar portals and although it exists within the calendar of Dale Reckoning, exists inside a larger cosmology of elven history as it pertains to that other world.
