After the Star Ships desimated Theriol, they attacked Castle Theriol – they heart of the Realm. Brogan VIII and his lords were, at last, able to repel the Aliens. Brogan VII was killed and upon his ascension to the throne, Brogan VIII, calling upon his ancestors in a final stroke that spelled victory for the forces of this world.
